Which shape should I choose?

Choose by the rise and coverage you prefer. Everyday Brief has a high rise and full rear coverage; Contour Bikini has a mid rise and curved leg openings. High-Rise Brief has a higher waist and broad waistband, while Coverage Boyshort adds a short leg and upper-thigh coverage.

What do Moderate and Heavy mean?

They identify the two ranges in our collection. These labels are not standardized across brands and do not promise a specific liquid capacity or number of hours of wear. Fit, use and care affect performance.

What sizes are available?

Our collection runs from XXS to 5XL. Select a size on the product page to check availability. For help choosing, email support@everdripunderwear.com before ordering.

How should I care for my underwear?

Follow the care instructions on the label supplied with your pair. If you need help understanding the label, email support@everdripunderwear.com with your product name.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery is 7–14 calendar days after you place your order, including processing and transit. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Shipping charges appear at checkout.

Can I return my order?

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and any hygiene seal intact. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Are the product images photographs?

Our product gallery includes original digital product illustrations. Colors can appear different on different screens. Check the selected style and color name before adding your pair to the cart.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Email support@everdripunderwear.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will help where the order has not already been dispatched. Your statutory cancellation and return rights continue to apply.
