Where we ship

Everdrip Underwear ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping options and charges available for your order.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 calendar days after you place your order for all six destinations. This estimate includes order processing and transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Review the order total and delivery address before placing your order.

Changes, delays and delivery problems

If you need to correct your address or cancel an order, email support@everdripunderwear.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will help where the order has not already been dispatched. Your statutory cancellation rights continue to apply after dispatch.

If we learn that we cannot meet the stated delivery estimate, we will contact you with an update and explain your options, including cancellation and a refund where required by law. If an order is overdue, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy. Contacting the carrier does not replace our responsibility to help you.
