Shopping with Everdrip Underwear

These terms apply to purchases through the Everdrip Underwear online store. For questions about a product, order or these terms, contact support@everdripunderwear.com.

Products and product information

Review the product page and select your preferred style, color and size before adding an item to your cart. Product images may include digital illustrations; screen settings can affect how colors appear. Any applicable consumer rights relating to product descriptions, samples and quality remain in place.

Moderate and Heavy are Everdrip Underwear range names. They are not standardized ratings across brands and do not, by themselves, promise a specific liquid capacity or number of hours of protection. Individual results depend on fit, use and care. Everdrip Underwear products are not a medical treatment.

Prices and payments

The price and currency displayed for your order, together with the applicable delivery charges and taxes collected by the store, are shown at checkout before payment. Please review the total and your contact and delivery details carefully. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

If we discover an error affecting your order or cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement. If an order is cancelled, any payment for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Order changes and cancellation

Email support@everdripunderwear.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will help if it has not already been dispatched. Once dispatched, the Returns and refunds policy and your statutory rights apply.
